1. Introduction
Welcome to 3ZERO House Kenya, a coworking space designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives. As an initiative implemented by Acted - an independent, private, and non-profit organization - 3ZERO House operates under the same strict principles of political and religious impartiality. By using our facilities and services, you agree to these terms and conditions, which are rooted in Acted’s core values of neutrality, non-discrimination, and transparency. Our mission is driven by the 3ZERO vision: Zero Exclusion, Zero Carbon, and Zero Poverty.
2. Membership & Access
Memberships are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Access to the coworking space is limited to operating hours unless otherwise agreed.
Members must check in at the front desk upon arrival.
Unauthorized use or sharing of membership access is strictly prohibited.
3. House Rules
Maintain a professional and respectful working environment.
External catering services are not permitted within the premises.
Strictly respect booking schedules. Any overstay beyond the reserved time may result in additional charges.
No loud phone calls in open spaces – use designated call areas.
Keep shared areas clean and return any borrowed items.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. The use of alcohol and other drugs is strictly prohibited within the premises.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted.
4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Hot Desks & Meeting Rooms: Bookings can be made in advance via our online system.
Cancellations:
Bookings cancelled 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged in full.
5. Payment Terms
Payments must be made upfront for memberships and bookings.
Accepted payment methods: M-Pesa, Cash or Bank Transfers.
Late payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is cleared.
6. Liability & Security
3ZERO House Kenya is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Members must take care of coworking equipment and will be charged for any damages caused.
CCTV cameras are in place for security purposes.
Any form of harassment or misconduct will result in immediate termination of membership.
7. Termination & Amendments
3ZERO House Kenya reserves the right to terminate membership in the event of rule violations.
These Terms & Conditions may be revised from time to time. Members will be notified of any updates.
